4.1 Required Hardware

• Apple Watch (Series 3 or later recommended)
• iPhone (iOS 14.0 or later)
• Board OX scoreboard (optional, for enhanced features)

4.2 Software Requirements

• watchOS 7.0 or later
• iOS 14.0 or later
• Bluetooth connectivity (for Board OX connection)

5.1 Permitted Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of tracking sports scores. You may:

• Use the App for personal, non-commercial score tracking
• Connect to authorized Board OX hardware
• Share match results with other players present during the match

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purposes without express written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt Board OX hardware owned by others
• Use the App in any manner that could damage or impair its functionality
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the App

6.1 Zero Data Collection Policy

Score OX does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from users.

6.2 Temporary Data Usage

• Player names entered during matches are used only for real-time display
• This information exists only in device memory during active use
• All temporary data is automatically cleared when the App is closed
• No match data is transmitted to external servers

6.3 Board OX Connectivity

When connecting to Board OX hardware, score data is transmitted locally via Bluetooth only for display purposes. No data is stored on Board OX devices beyond the current match session.

7.1 Connection Process

• Board OX connection requires Bluetooth pairing
• Connection is established locally between devices
• Users can disconnect from Board OX at any time

7.2 Functionality

• Real-time score synchronization to Board OX display
• Player name display (if entered)
• Match status indicators

8.1 Score OX Rights

The App, including its design, functionality, source code, and all related intellectual property, is owned exclusively by Score OX and is protected under French and international copyright laws.

8.2 User License

Subject to these Terms, Score OX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.

9.1 "AS IS" Provision

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 Functionality Disclaimers

Score OX does not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Board OX connections will always be available or stable
• Any defects in the App will be corrected

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Score OX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

10.1 App Updates

Score OX may periodically release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed on your device depending on your device settings.

10.2 Terms Modifications

Score OX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through App Store updates or in-app notifications. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11.1 Termination by User

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your devices. This will terminate your license to use the App.

11.2 Termination by Score OX

Score OX may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

12.1 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12.2 Jurisdiction

Subject to the dispute resolution procedures below, any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Toulouse, France.

12.3 EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may be entitled to bring legal proceedings in your country of residence. You may also have the right to resolve disputes through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Score OX regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the rest of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

Score OX's failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Score OX in writing.
